We attempt to have all of our stuffed animals in stock and available for
immediate shipment. Most smaller packages will ship out via priority mail and
should arrive within a week. Larger items will usually ship via Fed Ex and
could take from 3-7 days to arrive. Shipping charges will be added to each
order. Express orders and international orders may incur charges over and above
that which shows up on the invoice.

You can see the specific shipping / handling charges in the order section. We can do international orders but extra shipping charges will need to be added to your credit card at time of shipment. We can also do express mail and Fed-ex 2-day shipments, however we do not usually get the orders out until the day after the order is placed. Express shipment costs will also be added to your card at time of shipment. Returns will be accepted and refunds given for the cost of the item less shipping charges. Returns must be made within ten days after receipt of order. A copy of the original order form must be included with returned item.

International Shipping Policies

We can ship to international destinations. Most shipments will ship via US air mail which takes about 2 weeks to most countries. There are size restrictions so some of the larger items will not be able to ship. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the postal system or customs from other countries and on occasion packages will get held up for longer than 2 weeks. We have no control over this and can make no guarantees for intl. shipments. We can also ship express intl. which takes about one week but again we make no guarantees. We are at the mercy of foreign shipping policies and customs and the customer is assuming this risk when placing the order. Some countries may also have duty or taxes which are not covered in our shipping charges.
